The Oak Tree Bistro is located on Arkansas Ave. in Russellville Arkansas. Set right at the back steps of Arkansas Tech University. We serve hand roasted coffees from Rosark roasters in Rosebud Arkansas. Each of our coffee blends are roasted weekly to ensure that our customers get the best cup of coffee or espresso drink possible. We use only the finest products in each and every one of our drinks, whether you order a specialty drink or a fresh brewed coffee of the day.

We are also proud to serve Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes, we invite you to try one of the many flavors we carry from white chocolate raspberry to Godiva chocolate and of course, a traditional New York style cheesecake. Our Cannolies are homemade daily.

We offer a wide variety of appetizers, from Brushetta and Hummus to Black Bean Nachos.

We serve fresh salads along with a wide sandwich selection. Our flat bread pizzas and paninis are local favorites, with our famous wraps coming in close behind. We invite you to try one of our many wonderful dishes.

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-8pm, Sat 8am-8pm, Closed on Sunday. However through the month of January we will close at 6pm. Great news, we are going to open for dinner in February. Steak and Pasta, oh my.
